“Construction Documents” are the technical drawings that make all the preceding creativity a reality.  During this phase, the architect and design team work closely with the owner and all required consultants to meticulously detail all features of the project to create the construction documents that will be used by the selected contractor to start his or her formal bid process and by the jurisdictional authorities to review for permit.
